DOT Estimated Start Date: July 1, 2024 DOT Estimated End Date: September 20, 2024 This is project is exempt from state sales tax. Davis- Bacon Wages to not apply. (See the cut off period for question submissions and Site Visit scheduling indicated below) Site Visit: Site visits are recommended. Interested bidders can schedule a site visit with the Purchasing Agent listed on the solicitation via email @ julie.brown@iowadot.us. DOT will coordinate with staff and send you confirmation once the site visit has been scheduled. Contractors will be required to bring their own equipment needed for the site visit. Contract Award One contract will be awarded for all items in the form of a Purchase Order. All items are tied. It is the intent of the Iowa DOT to award the contract to the responsible contractor whose submitted quote is the most advantageous to the Iowa DOT, cost and other factors considered. Other factors include, but are not limited to: meeting or exceeding mandatory requirements, proposed staffing, and meeting required time schedule.
