Site work for a road / highway in Sinton, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.

The proposed scope of work shall include two-course surface treatment and level-up with limestone flexible base material on various City Streets in accordance with the contract documents, technical specifications, and plans. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a Certified or Cashier's Check or a Bidder's Bond from a surety company licensed in the State of Texas, in an amount of at least Five Percent (5%) of the largest amount bid, payable to the City of Sinton, Texas as a guarantee that the successful bidder will enter into a contract with the Owner. Bidder Hereby Agrees to Commence Work Under This Contract on or Before a Date to Be Specified in the Notice to Proceed and to Fully Complete the Project Within 120 Consecutive Calendar Days Thereafter. Bidder Further Agrees to Pay as Liquidated Damages, the Sum of $500.00 for Each Consecutive Calendar Day Thereafter as Provided in the General Conditions. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding.
