Renovation of a laboratory facility in Great Bend, Kansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 1,800-square-foot laboratory facility.
Questions concerning the Instructions to Bidders, Form of Contract, Insurances and Bonds shall be addressed to the Office of Procurement and Contracts, Department of Administration, Suite 451S, 900 S.W. Jackson Street, Topeka, Kansas 66612, telephone (785) 296-0002. Selective Demolition; Cast-in-Place Concrete; Structural Steel & Metal Fabrications; P-Lam Casework; Epoxy Resin Countertops; Storefront & Glazing; Doors, Frames, Hardware; Metal Stud Framing; Drywall Assemblies; Acoustic Ceilings; Tile, Resilient & Carpet; Resinous Flooring; Painting & Finishing; Roller Shades; Corner Guards Each bid submitted in connection with this Project shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the base bid, payable without condition to the State of Kansas. A Certificate of Deposit, in an amount of 100% of the Contract amount, may be substituted for a Performance and Public Works Bond. The Director, Procurement and Contracts reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive all technicalities should such action be deemed to be in the best interest of the State of Kansas. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all alternate bids and unit prices. Project no. G32-005-190
