Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Grace, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The Project consists of the demolition and replacement of existing curb, gutter, and sidewalk and appurtenant services including, but not limited to, asphalt patching, grading, etc. If sufficient project funds allow, a flashing pedestrian beacon will also be installed at the location shown on the plans. Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Contact information and submittal procedures for such questions are as follows: A.
