Renovation of a multi-residential development in Toledo, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
The Agency is seeking bids from qualified, licensed, and insured entities for Richmar Manor Site Renovations located in Toledo, Ohio. Bonds. The submitter shall include with their bid one of the forms of bid guarantee as required by HUD 5369 (9). Included form 00 42 26 Bid Bond shall be submitted as required. Performance and Payment Bonds. Contractor will be required to pay for and furnish a satisfactory performance and payment bond for any construction related task order issued by LMH to the successful bidder that has a value of $50,000 or more for construction related work. Reject any or all bids, to waive any informality in the IFB process, or to terminate the IFB process at any time, if deemed by the Agency to be in its best interests. Reject and not consider any bid that does not meet the requirements of this IFB, including but not necessarily limited to incomplete bids and/or bids offering alternate or non-requested services. QUESTION SUBMITTAL DEADLINE Submit all questions to Scott Noonan at snoonan@lucasmha.org No later that 12:00pm on July 9, 2024 The Parties agree to a goal of 15% Minority workforce
