The primary objective of this solicitation is to determine pricing of the required equipment identified in Section B of the RFP document and initiate long-term agreements with a vendors in procuring the equipment, including replacement parts and components. The City would also like to establish firm long-term pricing for Hourly Labor Rates (shop and field) on an as-needed basis, Warranty Protocols, and Customer Service Protocols.
