Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a road / highway in Quincy, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

This Project provides for the installation of 3 steel casing pipes under the railroad tracks at the Columbia Way & BNSF railroad tracks intersection including, but not limited to, excavation, grading, furnishing and installing steel casing pipes, subgrade preparation, crushed surfacing materials, hot mix asphalt pavement, pavement markings, surface restoration, traffic control and all other appurtenances required to complete the work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions and the Standard Specifications. Questions about the Contract Documents, the Project and the process for Bidding must be directed to the City Engineer by no later than July 01, 2024, at 3:00 p.m. (local time). Questions must be submitted in writing by e-mail. Responses to questions will be sent to all bidders at 12:00 noon on July 3, 2024. The Work shall be substantially complete within 60 calendar days after the commencement date stated in the Notice to Proceed. The City reserves the right to: reject any or all Bids, waive irregularities in a Bid or in the bidding process, and determine which Bid is, in the City's judgment, the lowest, responsive and responsible Bid.
