CONTRACTOR shall pay wages to each laborer and mechanic at a rate not less than the minimum wages specified in the current wage determination in accordance with the provisions of the Davis Bacon Act. Any Contract or Contracts to be awarded are expected to be funded in part by a loan from the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency (OEPA) Drinking Water Assistance Fund (DWAF) Water Supply Revolving Loan Account (WSRLA) funds. Bidders must demonstrate positive efforts to utilize DBEs. This procurement will be subject to regulations contained in 40 CFR 35.3145(d), and P.L. 102 389 and 100 590. Materials incorporated into the projects shall comply with American Iron and Steel requirements. The City of Marietta reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any Bid which it deems advantageous. The opinion of probable cost for the Project is $1,500,000.
