Municipal Complex Fence. The Successful Bidder Will Be Required to Furnish a Satisfactory Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment Bond. Bids Over $25,000 Are Subject to the Pa Prevailing Wage as Established by the Pa Department of Labor and Industry. The Contract is Subject to the Pa Steel Products Procurement Act. Proof of Compliance Must Be Included in the Bid. Forms Furnished and Must Be Accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in the Amount of 10% of the Bid Made Payable to the Municipality. The Municipality Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Proposals. All questions about the meaning or intent ofthe Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by Engineer .
