Aluminum Ada Handrail Quantities Proposals Must Be on the Forms Furnished and Must Be Accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in the Amount of 10% of the Bid Made Payable to the Municipality. The Successful Bidder Will Be Required to Furnish a Satisfactory Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment Bond the Project is Subject to the Pa Prevailing Wage as Established by the Pa Department of Labor and Industry. The Contract is Subject to the Pa Steel Products Procurement Act. Proof of Compliance Must Be Included in the Bid. The Municipality Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Proposals.
