Sealed proposals are requested for the supply of various materials as follows: 1000 tons of Superpave Asphalt 9.5MM PG64-22, SRL-H 0 to 0.3 million ESALs; 1000 tons of Superpave Asphalt 19.0MM, PG64-22, SRL-H 0 to 0.3 million ESALs; 1000 tons of Superpave Asphalt 25.0MM, PG64-22, SRL-H 0 to 0.3 million ESALs; 5000 tons of #67 aggregate - Limestone; 2,500 tons of 8 aggregate Limestone; 4000 tons of 2A aggregate - Limestone; 3000 tons of #3 aggregate - Limestone; 500 tons of #10 aggregate - Limestone; 500 tons of #1 aggregate - Limestone; 500 tons of Gabion aggregate - Limestone; 500 tons of R4 aggregate - Limestone; 500 tons of R5 aggregate - Limestone; 500 tons of R6 aggregate - Limestone; 500 tons of R8 aggregate - Limestone. Materials are to be provided F.O.B. quarry or delivered. All quantities are approximate and may increase or decrease as required. Proposals must use the forms provided by the Municipality and be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid payable to the Township. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to award the bid in the Township's best interest.
