Roof Projects at One Location A bid bond executed by the bidder and an approved surety company in the amount of five percent (5%) of the proposed amount must accompany each sealed proposal. SCOPE OF THE WORK: The work included under this contract applies to the Roof Projects - 2024 - Phase One, at One Location, for the St. Joseph School District, St. Joseph, Missouri. The Contractor is to visit the sites to determine conditions that may be encountered during the construction period. (Pre-Bid Conference to be held on Thursday, May 9, 2024). Contractor to provide all temporary barricades required. The Contractor to take all precautions necessary to maintain a complete, safe and weathertight structure for the building occupants. Contractor to keep the premises broom clean at the end of each days work. The Contractor to proceed in such a manner that all improvements will be in accordance with the U.S. Secretary of Interior's guidelines. All construction work shall be in accordance with the City of St. Joseph, Missouri building codes and building regulations, and all work will be done in a professional manner. The Contract is subject to all federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations pertaining to equal employment opportunities including Section 3 of the Equal Employment Opportunity Agreement.
