Saving Project...

Renovation of a library in West Palm Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.

To install Public Address System for PBC Branch Libraries per the project requirements provided below: a. The contractor shall provide, install, and configure Public Address (PA) system in the seventeen (17) Palm Beach County Library buildings. Refer to Exhibits "1-17" b. Six (6) of the libraries currently have a PA system that must be removed and replaced. Eleven (11) of the libraries will require a new installation. c. The contractor shall provide and install the equipment for PA system equipment, including all mounting brackets. Refer to Exhibits "18-19". d. The contractor shall install all equipment, wiring and infrastructure for a turnkey project. e. The contractor shall install the amplifier in the existing amplifiers locations. f. The contractor shall install cable management solution to neatly dress all speaker cables associated with PA system. The cables will be routed through the wall, up to the ceiling in flex conduit. g. The contractor shall install the speakers, microphone and mounting brackets as referenced in Exhibit "1-17". PA System for PBC Branch Libraries Palm Beach County reserves the right to waive any bid irregularities, informalities, or technical deficiencies and to reject any and all quotes/bids.
