Priehs, LLC with an awarded amount $379,255.50.** 900 feet of 2" mill and resurfacing, 300 feet of 6" reconstruction, and 1000 feet of crush and shape with 4" HMA overlay widening to 11 foot lanes and 3 foot shoulders with ditching. Bid Security in the form of a Cashier's Check or Bid Bond for a sum no less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the Bid will be required with each Bid. The OWNER reserves the right to accept any Bid, reject any Bid, or waive irregularities in Bids. No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) calendar days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of the Bids. Location Details Site Address: 150 North Main Street City: Imlay City County: Lapeer State/Province: MI No pre-bid meetings are scheduled for this project. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.
