Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Imlay City, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
o Area: 1,590 square yards (1,300' x 11' wide.) o Owner will provide 8" of limestone base; successful bidder to finish grade base prior to paving. o Asphalt: 4" total thickness o Furnish and install 2.5" of 4EL asphalt o Apply SS1H Bond Coat o Furnish and install 1.5" top coat of 4EL asphalt. o Approximately 5 acres in total If you have any questions regarding this project, please send them over via email to scameron@icschools.us .
