Third St. Imlay City, MI 48444 The Contractor shall provide all materials, tools, machinery, labor, and supervision necessary for the demolition work on the above property. Demolition work shall include excavation of any footing and foundations and removal of all debris from the demolition site. Parcel ID # I19-59-100-003-00 Address: 400 E. Third St. Imlay City, MI 48444 The City of Imlay City is issuing this Request for Proposals to obtain demolition services in accordance with the specifications contained herein. The City reserves the right to award future demolitions for buildings similar in size and structure to the successful offer at the proposal prices given for the address below most closely representing the size and structure. Bid award may be contingent upon Lapeer County Landbank financial assistance. Please contact Craig Horton, City Manager, with any questions at citymanager@imlaycity.org, or (810) 724-2135. A prebid conference will NOT be held, but any questions or requests for a site visit may be directed to City Manager at 810-724-2135.
