Reference Number 0000380803 the construction of a pavilion at the Farmers Market, located on the corner of Third Street and North Main Street Imlay City, MI 48444 Bid shall include the following for 40 X 60 Pavilion on the Farmers Market site Excavation of site for structure shall include: - Remove 12 inches of topsoil. - Provide 16 inches of sand base for building pad. - Provide screened topsoil and grade, seed, and straw around the pavilion as required after construction. Build 40 X 60 pavilion with following specifications: - 12-foot ceiling height - 6x6 posts 10' on center. - 9.5" LVD double truss carrier around entire perimeter of building. - 4/12 pitch 2' on center hip roof truss package with 12-inch overhang. - CertainTeed Landmark dimensional shingle roof, color to be determined. - White aluminum fascia, soffit, and drip edge. - White 29-gauge steel liner panel ceiling with OSB plywood underlayment. - 44x64 concrete floor 4-inch 3500 psi. Concrete shall extend 24 inches past the outside of poles with 3 (east, west, and south side) connections to the existing city sidewalk system.
