Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Imlay City, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 5,000-square-foot clubhouse / community center.
The City of Imlay City is requesting sealed bids for renovations to the former DPW Garage for a Farmers Market/Community Center. The former DPW Garage is an approximately 5,000 sq ft pole building located 406 E.
