The City of Imlay City is requesting sealed bids for HMA Resurfacing. Specifications may be obtained by contacting the Department of Public Works. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope entitled "2026 HMA Resurfacing" by the specified deadline to the City Manager. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, waive any irregularities, and accept the bid deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
