The City of Imlay City invites statements of qualifications, experience, and interest from qualified engineering consultants for providing all required surveying, grant administration, preliminary and final design, and construction engineering services for the City of Imlay City's Economic Development Administration (EDA) Application for Water System Improvements. The evaluation will be made on the following basis: qualifications and experience of the project team members, previous water transmission main design and construction experience, success in obtaining US Economic Development Administration (EDA) grants, and previous Grant Administration experience with the EDA.
