Site work and paving for a municipal facility in Imlay City, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility; and for paving for a municipal facility.
Driveway pavement installation at the City of Imlay City DPW supply yard. The City of Imlay City is requesting sealed bids to install a new hot mix asphalt driveway to the DPW yard located at 641 E. First St. The contractor shall be responsible for furnishing all equipment, labor, and materials to install the new driveway. The driveway shall be 20 feet wide. The contractor is responsible for verifying all measurements and quantities. (Project area is attached). The leveling course shall be 3-inch 13A and the wearing course shall be 2-inch 13A. The aggregate base is installed but the contractor is responsible for finish grading of the driveway. Aggregate will be provided by the City, and on-site, if required. Project must be completed by November 13, 2026, unless otherwise approved by the City. The bid shall be a lump sum bid
