The City of Imlay City is requesting sealed bids for Project Prime Professional and Construction Management Services. This RFP is open to all interested firms to provide comprehensive project prime professional and comprehensive construction management services throughout preconstruction, construction, and post-construction. The City of Imlay City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive any irregularities and to accept the bid deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
