In total there are more than 60 installations grouped into three lots on the territory. (See the list of facilities and their addresses in the appendix at the end of this document.) The CISSS de la Monteregie may add new facilities during the contract with 30 days' notice. For information purposes, the CISSS du Monteregie-Est, represented here by the Technical Services Directorate (DST), plans to undertake asset maintenance work, functional renovations, maintenance and other renovations in several of its facilities. In addition, this work will include mandates of different scales related to the operation of the facilities. This work may be carried out under an on-demand contract. The total amount of work is defined per batch, as follows: 1. Lot 1 - St-Hyacinthe and surrounding areas: $1,100,000 for the duration of 3 years; 2. Lot 2 - Sorel and surrounding areas: $1,050,000 for the duration of 3 years; 3. Lot 3 - Longueuil and surrounding areas: $1,800,000 for the duration of 3 years; 2- DESCRIPTION OF THE NEED The CISSS de la Monteregie-Est is requesting offers from electrical contractors to provide, upon request, the labor, materials, equipment, tools and supervision necessary for the execution of maintenance work , repair, improvement or modification of electrical systems by qualified personnel. This may include requests for needs that are recurring and of uncertain monetary value, pace or frequency, under the supervision of a foreman of the SERVICE PROVIDER. All of these requests will have a scope of work defined over time.
