Building 6012 requires the composition shingled roof to be replaced to protect the building from water intrusion. The roof has exceeded life expectancy and requires replacement before failure. Base standard is to replace composition shingled roofs with standing seam metal system. Work will take place at Camp Roberts, CA and consist of all necessary labor for an all-inclusive roof replacement for building 6012. Work shall include but not limited to: all roofing materials, underlayment's, metals, trims, rakes, flashings, eves, overhangs, canopy's, sheathing, wooden members, fascia, rain gutters, etc. required to complete all work for a fully functional and weathertight standing seam metal roofing system that ties into building flawlessly. Work to include: The Contractor shall provide all labor and materials necessary for a comprehensive roof replacement at Building 6012 in Camp Roberts, CA, ensuring the installation of a fully functional and weathertight standing seam metal roofing system that seamlessly integrates with the existing structure The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits and fees necessary for the Building 6012 Roof Replacement - Camp Roberts located at Camp Roberts - Building 6012, Highway 101, San Miguel, California. Work to include: The Contractor shall provide all labor and materials necessary for a comprehensive roof replacement at Building 6012 in Camp Roberts, CA, ensuring the installation of a fully functional and weathertight standing seam metal roofing system that seamlessly integrates with the existing structure, in accordance with the provided scope of work and specifications. All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). The prime contractor MUST possess a type B - General Building Contractor license and/or C-39 Roofing Contractor, or subcontract to one. Prospective bidders MUST sign-in prior to the start of the job walk, attend the entire job walk and be present for roll call at the conclusion of the job walk. Bidders who do not remain for the entire job walk will be considered non-responsive and will not be allowed to bid on this project. The Government Estimate for this project is between $85,000.00 and $105,000.00.
