All proposals or bids shall be accompanied by a certified or cashier's check payable to: Northstar Community Services District or by a corporate Surety Company Bid Bond for not less than 10 percent (10%) of the bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a payment bond in the amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price, as well as a faithful performance bond, in the amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price. The bonds shall be on the forms included in the Contract Documents. All Bidders must have and maintain the appropriate Class Contractor's License to be considered responsive. NCSD has determined that the contractor(s) shall have a Class A (General Engineering) license issued by the California Contractors State License Board. The wage rates for any classification not listed in the foregoing publications will be the prevailing wage for such work. All above wage rates will be subject to any recent negotiations.
