Qualified firms for design and engineering services of stream improvements that will maximize the ecological function of Spencer Creek while expanding its role as a recreational, and aesthetic amenity at Bradstreet's Landing Park, located at 22400 Lake Road, Rocky River, Ohio 44116. Each vendor must submit evidence of its experiences on projects of similar size and complexity. Responding firms will be evaluated and ranked in order of their qualifications. The City of Rocky River reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any informalities in the proposals received, and to accept any proposal which is deemed in the best interest of the City.
