The project is expected to be awarded by the end of September.** 2024 Storm Sewer Outfall Replacement Project Rebid Each bid must be accompanied by a bid guaranty in the form of either a Bond in an amount equal to one-hundred percent (100%) of the total bid drawn in favor of the City of Rocky River, or a consent of surety together with a certified or cashier's check or letter of credit on a solvent bank in Cuyahoga County made payable to the City of Rocky River in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid. Each proposal must contain the full name of party or parties submitting the proposal and all persons interested therein. Each bidder must submit evidence of its experiences on projects of similar size and complexity. Each bidder must ensure that all employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, creed, color, sex or national origin. Engineer's Estimate: $500,000.00 The City of Rocky River reserves the right to reject any and all bids Question Deadline 07/26/2024 at 12:00 PM ET
