2024 Sewer Pipeline Rehabilitation Project The City of Xenia reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive any discrepancies or irregularities in the Bids. The Bid will be awarded, in the City's discretion, to the lowest and best Bidder(s). Bids are to be submitted on the following proposal: reconstruction of approximately 7,245 feet of existing sewer pipelines and conduits by installation of cured, resin-impregnated flexible tube; clean and camera sewer mains; and install pipe patches, all as directed by the City Engineer, and in accordance with the General Conditions, Specifications, and Drawings included in the bid packet. Bids are to be submitted on a per unit basis and are to be for complete work (including all equipment, labor and materials). The estimated cost will not exceed $408,907.50.
