As of October 23, 2024. this project has commenced construction on July 22, 2024. Completion is expected September 2025. All trades have been awarded. The previous solicitation is listed below for reference. The work will be accomplished through multiple contracts with Lac qui Parle Valley Schools, ISD 2853, with Contegrity Group Inc. acting as the Construction Manager. The following categories of work will be bid (subject to change): Earthwork/Utilities, Exterior Improvements, Fencing, Landscaping, General Construction, Painting, Athletic Field Equipment, Stage Rigging and Equipment, Fire Suppression, Mechanical/Plumbing/HVAC, Electrical. Lac qui Parle Valley School District 2023 MS/HS Bond Improvements include mostly exterior renovations which include but are not limited to tennis courts improvements, paving, stage and six classrooms. Bids may not be withdrawn or modified within forty-five (45) days after the closing time and date. Construction of the tennis courts is expected to begin in August 2024.
