Demolition, site work, new construction and renovation of a transportation facility in Des Moines, Iowa. Completed plans call for the demolition of a transportation facility; for site work for a transportation facility; for the construction of a 250,000-square-foot transportation facility; and for the renovation of a transportation facility.

The project consists of site improvements, construction of a new 250,000 square foot two story building, and both partial demolition of and renovation of existing building(s). The project is located at: BP 006B - General Package #2 (Modular Connector) - The Modular Connector is a semi-permanent / temporary skywalk connecting the new terminal to the existing concourse. The enclosure is intended to be a prefabricated solution. Basis of Design will be included in the pre-approval documents and bidding documents. - The scope of this 006B package shall include complete soffit, waterproofing, tiein/connection with the modular system and wrap under the existing elevated slab on desk (by others). This soffit element and all tie-ins to existing structures will be design-assist. Design-assist services included in this 006B package. - Include all MEP systems, finishes, fit-out, ADA requirements, sliding door associated and within the modular connector. - All permits that are required for the transport, install, and permanent use of the modular connector are by this subcontractor. - Hoisting by this subcontractor Question Deadline 05/10/2024 at 2:00 PM CT Any/all questions are to be submitted electronically
