Marshfield, WI 54449 The successful contractor will be responsible for the following tasks: 1. Roof Assessment and Removal:
o Inspect the existing roof to identify any damage or deficiencies.
o Safely remove any old roof material as needed to allow new roof to be applied over existing roof. 2. Insulation Installation:
o Install insulation with a minimum R-value of 11.4.
o Ensure proper placement and secure attachment. 3. New Roofing System Installation:
o Install a durable, weather-resistant roofing system.
o Use high-quality materials that comply with industry standards.
o Address any necessary repairs to the roof deck. 4. Drainage and Flashing:
o Furnish and install new drains for all roof drains.
o Provide flashing for all roof penetrations. 5. Optional Items:
o Wet or Damaged Insulation Replacement: Include the per square foot price for replacing wet or damaged insulation on an as-needed basis.
o Edge Metal Replacement: Include the cost for replacing all edge metal with 24-gauge prefinished metal.
