Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Danvers, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The Project consists of: Removal and replacement of Asphalt surfaces including full depth reconstruction, asphalt paving parking lot, parking lot striping, asphalt walkway reconstruction, installing new bollards, installing drainage pipe, manholes & catch basins, and any other work as shown on the drawings. Two alternates are included; #1 includes reconstructing the Federal Housing Authority property portion of the lot with new asphalt, concrete dumpster pad, and dumpster fence. Alternate 2 includes milling and overlaying the asphalt driveway & basketball court reconstruction. Alternate #1: Reconstruction of the abutting property portion of the parking lot referred to as the Federal Housing Authority portion; Removal and replacement of asphalt surfaces including full depth reconstruction, demolition & disposal of subgrade, importing gravel roadway base, parking lot striping, concrete dumpster pad, black chain link privacy fence and double gate, and any other work as shown on the drawings. Alternate #2: Removal and replacement of the existing basketball court, demolition & disposal of subgrade, importing gravel roadway base, paving new basketball asphalt surface, high friction basketball surface coating, installation of court layout in colors chosen by owner, reuse of existing hoop, loom & hydroseed, and milling & overlaying the driveway, bollards, plants, and any other work as shown on the drawings. Location- 10 Water Street Danvers, MA 01923 The work is estimated to cost $250,000. The participation goals for this project shall be 15.3% for minorities and 6.9% for women.
