SCOPE: The contractor shall provide maintenance and repair services for overhead garage doors on an on-call and/or emergency basis as the need arises at any of the County locations listed in this Invitation for Bids Bid Bond of 5% Included Performance Bond of 100% upon award of contract Payment Bond of 100% upon award of contract Requests for Explanation: Any explanation desired by the bidder regarding the meaning or interpretation of specifications or any part of this bid must be requested in writing and received in the Procurement Department by June 17, 2024. The term of the Contract shall be in effect for twelve (12) months beginning July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025, subject to earlier termination or extension pursuant to the terms of the bid. McKinley County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
