Site work and paving for a road / highway in Clarksburg, West Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Each bidder must submit, along with the bid forms, a bid bond, payable to the City of Clarksburg, West Virginia in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of his total proposal. The bid bond may be in the form of a cashiers check or surety bond properly secured. The bidder awarded the contract must provide both a surety performance bond and payment bond equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the bid and a certificate of liability and property insurance naming the City as insured, along with evidence of Workers Compensation insurance. The City of Clarksburg, West Virginia, reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in any bid.
