GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF PRODUCT SCOPE OF WORK Product Description* SF of Flooring Needed 20,000 SF Eastern Waterproof Flooring or Equivalent Rigidlock Plus "Austin" Flooring or Equivalent Width: 7" Length: 48" Wear Layer: 20 mil w/Urethane Coating Thickness: 6.5mm Product Construction: 4mm core + 1.5 mm vinyl top + 1mm IXPE cushion Edge: 4 sided painted bevel Installation Method: Uniclic Angle - Tap Limited Warranty: Lifetime Residential/10 yr Commerica The Owner shall have the right to reject any or all bids and to reject a bid not accompanied by the required bid security or by other data required by the bidding documents or to reject a bid which is in any way incomplete or irregular. The Owner shall have the right to reject a bid based on a bidder's past work practices (with the Owner and/or other firm/government agency). In addition, any judgments or complaints against a bidder shall be cause to reject a bid.
