Renovation of an educational facility in Greeneville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Scope of Work includes partial re-roofing to WestGreene Middle School located at 250 West School Street Mosheim, Tennessee and Chuckey Doak High School located at 365 Ripley Island Road, Afton, Tennessee. Work included will encompass installing new 0.60 mil fully adhered EPDM roofing membrane over new recovery board over existing roof and associated metal copings. Any/all debris will be disposed of at a County approved Landfill. It is the responsibility of the general contractor to visit the location and verify all dimensions, constraints, and associated conditions relative to the intended scope of work. A 5% bid security is required. The bid security is to be made out to the Greene CountySchool System. Contractors submitting bids greater than $25,000 are mandated by State Law to be duly licensed and representative of classifications pertinent to the areas of the Scope of Work. Owner reserves the right to waive any formalities or to rejectany and all bids.
