Park Avenue (N Chicago to Lake) Pavement Rehabilitation & Sewer Work consists of the following items for work: Asphalt Milling (Full Depth) 4,600 S.Y., Asphalt Milling (2") 3,600 S.Y., Asphalt Base 710 TON, Asphalt Surface 940 TON, 24" Curb and Gutter (Machine install) 3,000 L.F., Concrete sidewalk, service walks and curb ramps 4,400 S.F., Concrete curb pedestrian 22 L.F., Driveway Approaches 200 S.Y., Storm sewer 8" pipe 230 L.F., 2x3 curb inlets 4, Storm sewer 3-ft diameter manhole 1, Backflow preventer (8") 1 and other miscellaneous quantities of traffic control, concrete sawing, crushed aggregate base and unclassified excavation.
