The successful contractor shall assume all responsibilities associated with this contract including but not limited to all labor fees, federal, state, city or town required business license(s), permits, insurance, fuel, supplies and any other expenses required to carry out the requirement of this solicitation. The successful contractor shall be properly licensed (Section 40-11-30) and must have at least five (5) years of documented experience. The award will be to one (1) contractor. Location: Robert Anderson Middle School 2. Furnish & replace damaged ceiling tiles in the main hall & auditorium (no work in classrooms) 3. Repair damaged drywall soffits, prime repaired areas with a stain blocking primer. Apply 2 coats of finish paint on the entire soffit. 4. Repair water damaged walls in the gym, paint is peeling due to water damage. Prime damaged areas with a stain blocking primer. 5.
