The successful contractor shall assume all responsibilities associated with this contract including but not limited to all labor fees, federal, state, city or town required business license(s), permits, insurance, fuel, supplies and any other expenses required to carry out the requirement of this solicitation. The successful contractor shall be properly licensed (Section 40-11-30) and must have at least five (5) years of documented experience. The award will be to one (1) contractor. 1. Locations: Centerville Elementary Project Cost 2. Repair track in area designated on map (page 4). Area is also painted on track. 3. Track is lower in this area. Water is left standing. 4. Repairs must ensure water runs off of track surface to road drainage. 5. Apply 4" gravel base. 6. 2" asphalt surface. 7. Approximate area: 10' x 160' 8. All measurements will be the responsibility of the contractor. 9. A5 and contractor will work with school staff to determine best time for track repairs and installation, but completion date will still be met.
