The bidder is required to submit a Bid Bond, with the bid, for a total bid amount that is $50,000.00 or greater. Refer to instructions contained in the solicitation documents on the Utah Public Procurement Place (U3P). Failure to submit a Bid Bond will cause the bid to be considered non-responsive.
