Women's Softball Field Improvements. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Pursuant to M.G.L. , Salem State University seeks bids from qualified Contractors. The project includes furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the project as shown on the drawings and as described herein. The Owner has purchased some materials directly under separate contract. The Contractor and its forces shall cooperate fully with the Owner to minimize conflicts and to facilitate the Owner's use of the facilities. The Contractor shall organize its Work in a way that minimizes interruption of services and prevents fumes from entering occupied spaces. The timing and duration of necessary interruptions to building systems shall be coordinated with Owner at least 72 hours in advance, exclusive of weekends and Owner-observed legal holidays.
