Demolition of existing rug and cove base. Disposal of rug and construction material. Install vinyl plank resilient flooring, cove base and door threshold transitions Contractor Qualification Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Any questions relative to the applicability of any wage rate shall be directed to the Division of Occupational Safety. A. The Work of the Contract consists of: 1. Demolition of existing rug and cove base. Disposal of rug and construction material. Install vinyl plank resilient flooring, cove base and door threshold transitions. 2. Work either shown on the Drawings or included in the specifications unless specifically indicated not to be done. 3. Providing and restoring, where appropriate, all temporary facilities. B. Execution of Work: Work to be performed in timely and workmanlike fashion. Site must be cleaned up daily with access needed for overnight. C. Warranties/Guaranties: 1 Year for all workmanship
