The City of Marshfield is seeking statements of qualification for design-build services for the remodel of the existing City Hall and is requesting interested firms to submit a statement of qualifications to provide services as a Design-Builder for these improvements. The improvements may include but are not limited to demolition of existing interior partitions, exterior structural and nonstructural facade elements and new construction including new roof membrane, electrical and mechanical upgrades, and infill construction including new finishes. Design and construction are required to meet industry standards and current codes for Marshfield, Missouri. Questions regarding interpretation of the content of this Request for Qualificatons must be directed to Steve Deckard, Project Manager, City of Marshfield, sdeckard@marshfieldmo.gov Answers to any questions shall be in writing and be posted on the City of Marshfield's webpage. After evaluating the responsesto this RFQ, the City willselect a short-list of no more than three (3) candidates in no particular order of preference that the City considers to be the most qualified to perform the design-build services, except if the City of Marshfield determinesthat fewer than three (3) firms are qualified, it will only select the qualified firms. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
