Site work for a civil project in Parksville, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.

The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to solicit submissions from qualified contractors to replace the existing concrete bridge across Morningstar Creek at the French Creek Pollution Control Centre (FCPCC) with a new corrugated steel plate arch culvert crossing and construct a new secondary access to the site.
