1. Furnish and install, and provide the following items, including but not limited to: a. Test the work areas as recommended for moisture content and pH levels, and as required for the proper installation of the flooring, in exact accord with the Manufacturers written instructions. i. Provide Architect and Owner with results and denote the areas where tests were taken b. Complete Finish-Preparation of the existing substrate to receive the new floor coverings, wall base and transitions in exact accord with the manufacturer's written instructions, including but not limited to all primers, sealers, vapor barriers, crack fillers, expansion joints and other materials and labor as required for the reinstallation c. Furnish and install flooring, (resilient flooring & accessories) transitions, wall base and expansion joints as specified and all other accessories and work contained within the Resilient Flooring Specifications and as required for the completion of the work, in exact accord with the Manufacturer's written instructions. d. Protect the work from damage when completed until accepted by Owner. The CONTRACTOR shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment and insurance to perform all work required for the project known as Asbestos Removal and Related Work-Agawam Junior High School Cafeteria, in strict accordance with the Contract Documents and all related Drawings and Specifications. The said Documents, Specifications, Drawings and any GENERAL SUPPLEMENTARY CONDITIONS are incorporated herein by reference and are made a part of this Agreement.
