Demolition and site work for a multi-residential development in Irvington, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the demolition of a multi-residential development; and for site work for a multi-residential development.

PHYSICAL NEEDS ASSESSMENT TO DETERMINE OBSOLESCENCE (HUD SECTION 18 DEMOLITION) with regard to 431 units of the Authority.
