Pricing should include Prevailing Wage and all materials Project: Concrete footings, flat work and wall specs for carpentry canopy and handicap ramp Supply and Install Concrete wall specs Carpentry Canopy 10" thick walls Contractor to supply 4000 psi concrete Installation of #4 rebar in all walls Pin walls to existing pad and concrete columns using #4 rebar Add 10" wall on building side. Pin to existing concrete pad and should be 5" lower than the finish elevation. Concrete Ramp wall and footing specs for Carpentry Handi-cap ramp 10" thick walls 12" x 2'-2" footings with key way and #4 rebar cont. Contractor to supply 4000 psi concrete Concrete Floor Specs for Carpentry Canopy 5" thick concrete pour Contractor to supply 4000 psi concrete Installation of wire mesh Floor size is Chip out 5" at ramp so that the concrete is able to be 5" thick.
