Renovation of a mixed-use development in Hanover, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Project consists of but not limited to: The installation of a new wet type sprinkler system with double check valve and alarm check valve assemblies, fire department connection, beacon, flow and tamper switches, etc. All bidding Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted online by 09/20/2024 at 4:00PM EDT for general bids. General bids and sub-bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less than five (5%) of the greatest possible bid amount (including all alternates), and made payable to the TOWN OF HANOVER. The Town of Hanover reserves the right to reject any or all bids should it be deemed in the best interest of the Town to do so. Scope of Work A. PMECs inspection included conducting the following tasks in accordance with PMEC Proposal #24-08P (2/23/24): 1. Visual inspection of accessible rooms and areas to identify building materials for bulk sampling; 2. Develop comprehensive list of building materials that are confirmed or assumed ACMs; 3. Develop list of non-asbestos materials; 4. Depict ACMs on annotated floor plans; 5. Develop and catalog ACM locations and estimated quantities; 6. Provide estimated abatement costs for budgeting purposes; 7. Prepare comprehensive Inspection Report detailing the findings of the inspection
