Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Cary, North Carolina. Working plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
As of September 24, 2025, no bids received, the project is on hold. No definite date for the rebid. Construct temporary pedestrian improvements including pavement striping, signage, and median refuge islands. All improvements shall be constructed in accordance with current Cary and NCDOT Standard Specifications and Details. The successful bidder will be required to: o Prepare and implement a traffic control plan o Install post-mounted traffic signage and pavement markings in accordance with the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) o Comply with all requirements of the NCDOT Encroachment Contract for work within NCDOT right-of-way This project will be executed in accordance with the terms and conditions and using the Cary small construction agreement, a sample of which is attached for reference. Bids must be itemized according to the bid form provided and must represent the full and complete cost for the work. Cary reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
