The project will also reconstruct the existing roadway surface asphalt concrete (AC) pavement; remove existing & install new guardrail systems, and construct a concrete retaining wall, lined ditch & concrete gutters, slope embankment widening, highway lighting & a traffic signal control system, traffic signs & pavement markings, and extend an existing highway culvert crossing & inlet modification.
